Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and contractual obligations with telecom and infrastructure providers, our refund policy is as follows:
1. eSIM Services
- Refunds available only if eSIM is not activated or installed.
- No refunds after plan activation or data usage.
- Compatibility issues are not eligible if the device is unsupported.
2. IoT Devices & Connectivity
- Hardware sales may be eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and unused.
- eSIM plans embedded in IoT devices are subject to the same rules as travel eSIMs.
- Monthly or annual connectivity subscriptions are non-refundable once active.
3. Software & SaaS Tools
- Refunds available within 7 days if no substantial usage or license activation occurred.
- For HarpiyaControl, refunds not available after license key delivery.
4. Custom Software Projects
- Subject to individual contracts.
- Payments for milestones completed are non-refundable.
