Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our services and contractual obligations with telecom and infrastructure providers, our refund policy is as follows:

1. eSIM Services

  • Refunds available only if eSIM is not activated or installed.
  • No refunds after plan activation or data usage.
  • Compatibility issues are not eligible if the device is unsupported.

2. IoT Devices & Connectivity

  • Hardware sales may be eligible for return within 14 days if unopened and unused.
  • eSIM plans embedded in IoT devices are subject to the same rules as travel eSIMs.
  • Monthly or annual connectivity subscriptions are non-refundable once active.

3. Software & SaaS Tools

  • Refunds available within 7 days if no substantial usage or license activation occurred.
  • For HarpiyaControl, refunds not available after license key delivery.

4. Custom Software Projects

  • Subject to individual contracts.
  • Payments for milestones completed are non-refundable.
