  • You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials.
  • You must be at least 18 years of age or the legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. Intellectual Property

All materials, including code, designs, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Harpiya and may not be reproduced without permission.

4. Service Access

We strive for 99.9% uptime for all services. However, we reserve the right to:

  • Terminate access for violation of terms or unlawful behavior

5. Limitations

We are not responsible for service disruptions caused by:

  • Third-party providers (e.g., eSIM carriers, internet providers)
  • Regulatory blocks or sanctions in restricted countries
